There’s recent research from McKinsey and Co showing that executive teams are poor at executing projects, partly because they are weak at managing their time demands.
In other words they overcommit – being much better at managing time than money. The pressure turns companies into time gluttons.

I heard a new term in my training recently – “swarming.” It’s when an employee is inundated by other people, all of whom have been asked by an email sender to help get a timely response.
It inspired an article focusing on email abuse which can be found here.
For this article in the Gleaner, for which I was also interviewed live on TVJ, I did a thought experiment – what would it be like if a company’s employees became millionaires? Is there company good enough to stay?
